There has been a correction to the attached document.  The correction is as
follows in *bold*:

"The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has *not* notified
the City of Durham of the final entitlement amounts to be received for FY
2022-2023.  For planning purposes, the City of Durham expects to receive
approximately $2,100,000 in CDBG, $1,100,000 in HOME Consortium, $174,000
in ESG, and $858,000 in Housing HOPWA funds."

Public Hearing will be held by the Durham City Council to receive citizen
comments on the needs in Durham neighborhoods.  It is envisioned that these
needs will be addressed through the use of federal Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Consortium,
Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With
AIDS (HOPWA) funds, as contained in the upcoming FY 2022-2023 Annual Action
Plan.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has notified the
City of Durham of the final entitlement amounts to be received for FY
2022-2023.  For planning purposes, the City of Durham expects to receive
approximately $2,100,000 in CDBG, $1,100,000 in HOME Consortium, $174,000
in ESG, and $858,000 in Housing HOPWA funds.

A virtual City Council meeting is scheduled in lieu of an in-person
meeting.  Instructions for online participation can be found on the City of
Durham website located at the following link:

in providing public comment on the “Needs” for the FY 2022-2023 Annual
Action Plan should follow the *“Public Comment Instructions for Virtual
