Hi folks,

I know June 28 is already very busy for you due to the INC meeting, but if
you would like to be at the Morningstar/Duke Rezoning meeting of June 28 it
is being held from 6-7 PM.

This may be of more interest to those of you in Trinity Park since the
warehouse they want to rezone is actually as close to you as it is to Burch
Ave.

Duke recently sent a letter announcing a new neighborhood meeting to
discuss their rezoning of 13 noncontiguous properties to zone UC.

The meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 6PM to
7PM.

Attached you will find a PDF file of the letter from Morningstar. It
contains all the pertinent contact information as well as a context map of
the properties.
