Unfortunately Sheriff Birkhead had a last minute schedule issue so he sent along a note. He did participate in the town hall with other Democratic challengers a while back. I also posted that one. 

The independent challenger, Maria Jocys, answered questions and commented on some of Sheriff Birkhead’s comments from the first one.
