[Durham INC] interesting article about an NJ developer managing a good percentage of affordable housing in their new project.

How can an NJ developer with all the union and other costs there do almost 10% affordable housing and ours are at about 1% if at all? 

This commercial to residential conversation is happening all over the country but not here. 

We have an unused police station that could be converted for one.
