We look forward to seeing everyone in two weeks on Tuesday, November 15 at 8:30 AM for the monthly meeting of the Partnership for a Healthy Durham Health & Housing Committee. Also, a few announcements:
1) Bria Miller, Partnership for a Healthy Durham Coordinator Extraordinaire is recruiting for the Community Health Assessment. Please consider participating for a day or two. It is a lot of fun and a great way to meet people in our community.
Updates from Bria: Half day shifts are now available for 1:30-6 pm Wednesdays-Fridays. Saturdays will still be 10am-6pm.

2) DataWorks is hosting aCommunity Conversation on Racism and Health on November 10. Please see attached flyer for details.
3) Open Table Ministry is hosting "Walk in their Shoes Fun Walk or 5K Run" on Saturday, November 5. The funds raised at 'Walk in Their Shoes' go directly to supporting those who are unsheltered in Durham, North Carolina. At Open Table Ministry, we provide basic necessities like emergency shelter, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, prescription medications, and assistance acquiring IDs. We offer compassionate care and support throughout the housing and job navigation process in pursuit of long-term stability and wholeness. Flyers attached to this email.
