Hi Mimi,
The presentation at JCCPC next week will not be given by staff, but rather
by the UDO consultant. It will be livestreamed on the city's YouTube
channel and recorded so that anyone who is interested can watch it live or
after the fact. We will also post it on the project website afterwards for
easy reference.

We know people are eager to get involved, and there will be ample
opportunities for public input once the drafting process begins. Specific
public input events have not yet been planned out, as we are still
coordinating the schedule of deliverables and engagement with the
consultant team. So, we do not have anything yet to share but when details
about public input opportunities are solidified they will be advertised and
posted on the project website <https://www.engagedurham.com/35/New-UDO>. In
the interim we have developed a set of FAQs
<https://www.engagedurham.com/217/Frequently-Asked-Questions> to share the
information we know today about the project thus far (including a question
on how we plan to engage the community). Folks are always welcome to email
us (newUDO at durhamnc.gov) with questions, and as we get more questions we
will add them to the FAQs for everyone's benefit.

In terms of the Duke rezonings, we are tentatively expecting them to go to
Council in late August, though that date has not been finalized.

Hi all. Hope you are well. I have a couple of items I am hoping you can
help me with.

INC has asked that I have someone from the department give the presentation
you plan to give to the JCCPC next week. Our next meeting is May 28 at 7pm.
This one we plan to have in person but I don't know where yet. We are
particularly interested in how residents can participate in the process.

Second, when do you anticipate the Duke rezoning cases to get to Council?
