INC NEWS - Rezoning Votes before NCDOT review -- contact Mayor Bell

There is no traffic impact from the rezoning process. It's not until the
plans are drawn and development planned/built that traffic should be
considered. Then is when, in the site approval process, the traffic impact
analysis shoud be calculated. Until then, a vacant piece of land, zoned as
it is now or as it is being requested, generates the same amount of
traffic... none. So where's the foul?
