INC NEWS - [owdna] underground utility discussion in NOLA

Might I add that underground utilities, particularly if installed in the same trench as other utilities, will reduce the need to chop down trees and keep so much land clear of trees for reasons relating to powerlines easements. This would be seen as a plus to environmentalists as well.
