[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] OH CPC tobacco screening

I have a question for those of you in the OH CPC program.  We screen all
adolescents for tobacco use at their yearly well child visits, but do not
use a CPT code for this.  After discussing with the CPC people, we need to
use a CPT code whenever we screen for tobacco use in adolescents so that
they are aware that this was done.

What code do you use for this?  Do you use a screening questionnaire?  Do
you charge for this code?  What ICD 10 code do you attach with this?

I want to make sure that we are getting credit for the work that we are
doing.
