[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] Caresource - 96127

[Michael Chamberlin]

OH Caresource will only pay us for two 96127 codes per visit.  We have
tried appealing this, but we have not been successful.  Does anyone else
have this problem?  It obviously does not come up often (typically at ADHD
visits with multiple Vanderbilt forms), but it is annoying.
