[MCIC Safety] COMPRESSED AIR QUESTION

All,

We're having a little controversy over the use of compressed air for
cleaning. Your opinion please - should the practice of "blowing down"
i.e. using compressed air to blow dust and dirt off oneself be allowed
if goggles are required and the pressure at the nozzle tip is regulated
to 30 psi or less?
