[MCIC Safety] Calibration of Torque Wrenches

During a recent Hazardous Waste Workshop, a question was asked about 
DOT requirements for calibrating torques wrenches used to close 
hazardous waste and other drums. Specifically, the questioner wanted 
to know whether DOT was asking for documentation of calibration 
during inspections. If anyone has experience with this issue, please share it.
