did anybody catch this broadcast? i've been told that Secretary Tippett fielded a couple of questions about the East End Connecotr, and completely misrepresented the status of that project.

i'd like to have a confirmation of this before i make a fool of myself in public tomorrow.

if anyone has a link to a transcript, that would also be helpful.
