It's not just for your yard, it could be for your park as well. We
received 12 trees this year from the program for Forest Hills Park. You
have to meet with them, walk around and tell them what you want where, but
like Mike said, it's a cheaper way to plant trees. Rule of thumb for them
is if there are no power lines above the space then they plant hardwoods.
If there are power lines, it's crepe myrtles.
