INC NEWS - Blaire Thompson Drug Dealer Liability Act

Interesting bill, I agree. But I wonder whether
individuals would actually take the drug dealers to
court, especially since they may be afraid of
reprisal. 

Do you know, is there anything in this bill that
enables the GOVERNMENT to seek monetary damages from
drug dealers for costs to the public?
