INC NEWS - Solid and Yard Waste being mixed before transporting

More to the point, Bill, why are we paying sixty dollars a year for the
privilege of unnecessarily sorting our yard waste from our household
waste? If the city doesn't do away with this fee in the upcoming fiscal
year, everyone who participated in the program during fiscal 07, and
supported it financially, should be getting a credit towards next year's
program.
