[Durham INC] Emergency Delegate Meeting

Tom makes a good point.

The Fairfield Clubhouse is available on April 11, but if we wanted to meet, say, April 7 (a Tuesday), I'm sure I could get the clubhouse for most weekdays (except the 4th Thursday of the month when our board meets).

That would give time for the press to publish the resolution.

And I definitely think that someone from the INC should read the resolution at the April 13 BOCC public hearing, if the resolution is passed.

Cheers,
Melissa

Are we to send speakers?  Will we meet with commissioners privately
beforehand?  Issue a press release that could be read in the press before
the meeting?

This is how we might use more time.

I don't see what action INC need take other than to accept or decline
the resolution.  If accepted, all we have to do is deliver it to the
BOCC.  This date will allow a majority of neighborhoods to look over
and arm their delegates.

Also, Fairfield has secured space in their clubhouse at 4pm already.
