[Durham INC] Public Review of EEUDO recs: May 19th, 4:30-6:30

Please note that there will be a meeting on May 19th at City Hall
(4:30-6:30) for the public to review the suggestions of the EEUDO
committee, charged with making recommendations for 'Environmental
Enhancements to the UDO.' This is for Urban, Suburban and Rural tiers.



The subcategories of their deliberations include: stormwater runoff and mitigation, tree preservation, mass-grading, etc. 

This is a major set of UDO revisions, aimed to be considered in one fell swoop. My commendations to the Joint City County Planning Commission for initiating this process and to the hard-working and devoted members of the EEUDO committee.



The public is encouraged to discuss each category with staff, and to leave comments and suggestions
regarding the EEUDO's recommendations, which will be considered by the
Joint City County Planning Commission before sending the recs through
the public hearing process.
