[Durham INC] The ghost of Durham's Future?

Really interesting and apt article. It's shocking how much is being
bulldozed and paved and built on, especially in South Durham. This
article is a warning about the flip side of the "expanding the tax base"
coin . . . . We're already dealing w/costs for cleaning up Jordan Lake
because of poor decisions and deferred investment at the beginning . . .
. the article warns of the longer-term tax drain of poorly regulated
investment.
