>From what I have heard and read about the Texas situation, it is a classic case of the story where good people get together to make something useful, then most people go back to being busy with "real life" so just pay their dues, leaving the good institution to be taken over by a small group pursuing their own special interests (so you can insert sermon by Mike and Bill on the wonders of community involvement, and you all know how it goes, but thanks to everyone who does keep up investments of time and talent in keeping our community functioning....(-:)
