[Durham INC] California to outlaw plastic bags & Durham EAB meeting

It looks like California is going to ban plastic bags for the whole state:

It would be great if we can get Durham to do the same.
The Environmental Affairs Board discusses this tomorrow night (meeting starts at 
6:30, it's the last item on the agenda). Unfortunately, I can't make it.
