[Durham INC] Street sweeping?

Barry,
As someone who lives on a street with a lot of trees and on-street
parking, I would at least be happy to know when to expect the street
sweeping so cars could be moved to the opposite side of the street.
Although, maybe with a city this size that doesn't make sense for the
cost/trouble.
