[Durham INC] 751 taxes unpaid

This doesn't bode well for the 751 folks having the funds to actually build the Jordan Lake mini-city they are proposing.

How can Durham County Commissioners (minus Ellen Reckhow) be so sure that Durham can support more houses, not to mention retail, and that these guys can fulfill their continually diminishing promises (recall we are now considering 70% impervious surface for a project they have touted to have utmost environmental accountability)?
