[Durham INC] Neighborship

For WHHNA, we chose not to move to Neighborship, after letting let Hartmut
do a trial run with WHHNA. It did not work out and we asked Hartmut to
remove WHHNA from Neighborship, but he has not. I don't like that he is
promoting Neighborship as though our community decided to support and use
it. People are free to use whatever tools they want. People can use
Facebook, Google, etc. If neighbors decide to move in mass, that's great.
For us, neighbors and the board wanted to stick with our listserv, and we
did not want fragmentation across multiple services. We even had a
committee study this and provide a recommendation. There's also a long
history of debate about Neighborhsip on our listserv (I think from around
late 2010 .. October/November timeframe if memory serves) if anyone cares
to read it.
