[Durham INC] One more time -- CC to vote on 751 Monday

The Durham City Council will vote on Monday, February 20 on whether to extend utilities to 751 South.

Now is the time to send a short email---one line will do---asking the mayor and council to vote "NO" on water for 751 South.  Let's get a unanimous NO vote.
