[Durham INC] FW: SCAD Coming up for a hearing and a vote on Monday

Does anyone have a brief statement outlining some of the worst effects of
SCAD?  Does anyone have a draft email to send to City Council members about
why we oppose it?  I want to share on my neighborhood listserv, but I feel
I need to give some kind of suggestions about what to write.
