The TPNA has hosted several garden tours over the years as a way for neighbors to share their knowledge and enjoyment of gardening.

Featuring 12 gardens — perennials, vegetable gardens, a rooftop garden, ponds, outdoor living spaces, and lots of color!

Enjoy a day filled with live music, arts and crafts, community resources, tasty traditional food, and local talent.

Free parking will be available in the Durham County Stadium parking lots, located at 750 Stadium Drive across from Rock Quarry Park. New this year - the parking lot will only be accessible via Wisteria Avenue and Stadium Drive will be closed to thru traffic. It is embarrassing but NC Central’s musical Fame that was to be this past weekend was cancelled. I did not learn this until this past Sunday from a staff person. The Communications Building on NCCU’s campus was locked. 

It makes me think yet again to not put out the word about events.
